Inside this Patreon you’ll find yoga practices that nourish your body, regulate your nervous system, and gently guide you back home to yourself. Some classes will leave you feeling strong and energized. Others will invite you to slow down, listen, and simply be.

You don’t need the perfect body, the perfect schedule, or even the perfect mindset. You just need to show up.
